1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuditJet ("Service"), operated by AuditJet ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuditJet is a website performance monitoring platform that provides automated performance audits, Core Web Vitals tracking, competitor benchmarking, and professional PDF reports. The Service is available via subscription plans (Free, Watchdog, Pro, Agency) with varying feature sets.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse API access; (c) redistribute, resell, or white-label reports without an Agency plan; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AuditJet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reports generated for your websites belong to you. The AuditJet brand, logo, and platform design remain our property.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service, including website URLs you submit for scanning and performance metrics.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Performance scores and metrics are based on Google PageSpeed Insights and industry benchmarks and should be used for informational purposes. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
