Terms of Service
Effective date: July 7, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AuditJet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AuditJet on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and that entity accepts these terms.
2. The Service
AuditJet provides website performance monitoring, Core Web Vitals audits, revenue impact analysis, and AI-generated fix recommendations. We provide data and recommendations "as is" and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue improvements, or search engine ranking changes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any team members you invite.
- You may only monitor websites that you own or have explicit written permission to audit.
- You must not use the service to conduct automated attacks, excessive scraping, or any activity that degrades platform performance for other users.
- You must not resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without prior written agreement.
4. Performance Data & AI Recommendations
AuditJet uses third-party tools (including Google PageSpeed Insights and OpenAI) and proprietary algorithms to generate fix recommendations. These recommendations are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for evaluating, testing, and implementing any changes to your codebase or infrastructure.
AuditJet is not liable for any site downtime, data loss, or adverse outcomes resulting from the implementation of AI-generated recommendations.
5. Fees & Payments
Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel before the billing renewal date via your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us.
We may offer a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. Trials are optional, are limited to one per account, and do not require a payment method. At the end of the trial your account automatically reverts to the Free plan — you are never charged automatically when a trial ends. To continue on a paid plan you must actively subscribe.
6. Intellectual Property
AuditJet and all associated software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Rohan Dhir and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.
You retain full ownership of the website data and reports generated from your own sites. By using the service, you grant AuditJet a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service to you.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for the period specified in your plan before being permanently deleted.
Important: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription, which is billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. To stop future charges you must cancel your subscription separately via your Paddle customer portal or by contacting [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately — without refund — if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to circumvent usage limits. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuditJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Operator
