Performance Regression
A degradation in website performance metrics compared to a previous measurement — typically caused by a code deployment, content update, or third-party change.
Performance regressions can be silent — a site may look unchanged to visitors but its LCP or CLS scores have worsened significantly due to a third-party script update, new image, or code change. Continuous monitoring with alerting is essential to detect regressions before they accumulate into ranking drops. AuditJet detects regressions by comparing each scan to the rolling 7-day average.
