Real User Monitoring (RUM) collects performance data from your actual visitors as they browse, capturing the variance introduced by different devices, locations, and network conditions. AuditJet shows both side by side so you can see whether your lab score and your real-world user experience are aligned.
How does AuditJet detect a performance regression caused by a third-party script?
When a performance score drops without a recent deployment on your end, AuditJet's scan data provides a timestamp-anchored record you can cross-reference against third-party script load times in the waterfall. If a new chat widget or analytics tag started loading after the regression timestamp, AuditJet will have captured the before and after states — making the correlation straightforward rather than a guessing game.
Can AuditJet monitor both mobile and desktop performance separately?
Yes. AuditJet runs separate scans for mobile and desktop profiles. Mobile scans apply 4G network throttling and mid-range CPU simulation, consistent with Google's Lighthouse methodology. Desktop scans run without throttling. Because mobile and desktop Core Web Vitals thresholds are evaluated separately by Google, tracking both helps you catch mobile-only regressions that would otherwise be invisible in a desktop-only score.
How far back does AuditJet's performance history go, and can I export it?
AuditJet retains up to 12 months of historical scan data depending on your plan. The full trend history is available as a chart in your dashboard and as a downloadable CSV for any date range you select.
